Who this is for
Families with children, several generations travelling together, couples, friends or solo travellers who would like help putting the arrangements together. You might want a gentler pace, a particular interest woven into the route, or someone to discuss the details with in English.
I welcome enquiries for trips across China, with no minimum group size. Tell me whether you want accommodation, transport, guides or a whole itinerary arranged. The agency confirms what it can provide for your destinations and dates.
Tell me which guide language you need. The agency will confirm availability and any related costs in its quote; a particular language is not assumed to be available everywhere.
How it works
- Describe your trip. Send your dates, group, interests and rough budget. We discuss what matters to you; this initial consultation is free.
- Shape the route and find an agency. I help turn your preferences into a route outline and look for a licensed travel agency suited to the trip. Agencies are matched to each enquiry.
- Agree what to share and review the quote. I identify the agency and ask your permission before passing on your requirements. The agency provides its company and licence details, checks the arrangements and issues the quote, including the guide language, inclusions and exclusions.
- Book directly with the agency. If you accept, you sign its travel contract and pay it directly. The agency is responsible for booking and delivering the agreed travel services. I help with planning and communication.
The named agency is your contract partner for the trip. Its contract sets out the itinerary, services, payment schedule, changes, cancellation and refund terms.
What you pay
There is no fixed package price. The agency's quote is the amount you pay for the services listed in it, so check what is included, what is excluded and any optional costs before accepting.
I may receive a commission from the agency for planning and coordination if you book through an introduction. Any such commission is included in the agency's quoted price; it forms part of that price. You do not pay LanternGlow a separate coordination fee for this service.
A trip enquiry does not book one of my separate paid reviews, advice sessions or support days. If you want one of those services too, we agree it separately. Read the terms and commission disclosure.
